"IMS Web Dwarf" is our new Drag and Drop WYSIWYG HTML
editor with pixel precision positioning and scaling. Features
include a TEXT, HTML and Rich Text editor that also supports
conversion between these formats and the ability to
import/export these formats from other popular text editors
including MS Word. HTML can be imported, manually edited
and used without concern that it will be modified by the
program.
"IMS Web Dwarf" supports the import/export of several
popular bitmap formats including GIF, JPEG and BMP. Other
features include Alignment operations and a Snap Grid to
provide pixel precision layout of components on the Web
Page.
The program also includes a Publisher with a Gather option to
export the finished HTML files to a local disk or to FTP them
directly to the internet server. The Gather option will also
copy all image files to substantially minimize the occurrence of
missing objects on the web page.

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is one of the best things to happen to HTML
since the table tag but, like the table tag, CSS can seem to be a bitch to
implement. The learning curve is not all that steep and there are several good tools for getting the most from CSS Style - Master 1.2 is my current favorite.
